A homework for the Distributed Software course. A BitTorrent simulation with MPI, simulating the peer connections and sharing the file data, with swarms, hashing.

• Developed a distributed file-sharing system simulating BitTorrent protocols, including tracker coordination, peer discovery, and parallel data transfer
• Implemented swarms, file chunking, and hashing mechanisms to ensure data integrity and efficient peer-to-peer distribution
• Leveraged MPI for parallelism and asynchronous I/O to improve throughput and simulate real-world network behavior
